Architecture & Decisions

Built with Next.js App Router and Supabase RLS policies to maintain strong isolation between vendor organizations while keeping infrastructure costs minimal during early development.

## Project Overview Rapio is an ongoing SaaS development project created at JTM Labs. The objective is to provide independent wedding vendors—including photographers, makeup artists, decorators, and wedding planners—with a focused, lightweight alternative to bloated enterprise CRM tools. ### Key Architecture Decisions 1. **Database Multi-Tenancy**: Built on PostgreSQL Row Level Security (RLS) within Supabase, ensuring that every vendor organization maintains strictly partitioned records. 2. **Deterministic State Workflows**: Event timelines and vendor booking states follow explicit state machine transitions (`Inquiry` → `Quotation Sent` → `Booked / Deposit Paid` → `In Progress` → `Delivered` → `Completed`). 3. **Mobile-First Dashboard**: Recognizing that vendors are frequently on-site during wedding weekends, all operational views are fully responsive and optimized for mobile screens.
